The custom Roku channel has the live video and also the archives that the account has chosen to make publicly viewable. New videos that are made public are automatically added to the list of available videos to view.

If you don't see any recent videos and the account has been making videos publicly viewable, you can try the following troubleshooting steps on your Roku.

  1. Manually check to make sure your Roku has the latest operating system. Go to Settings > System > System update > Check now.
  2. Restart your Roku. Go to Settings > System > System restart > Restart.
  3. Remove the Roku channel. On Home screen highlight the channel and click * on your remote. Select Remove channel.
  4. Add the Roku channel. Go to Streaming Channels, Search Channels and search for and add the Roku channel that you want.

When you open the Roku channel the issue should be resolved. If you have further questions please feel free to contact us at 855-278-7326, join us in live chat at, or send us a support ticket.
