If you do not know your church's Stream ID / Church ID, please contact your church to get it's Stream ID / Church ID.
We recommend you simply exit the app (i.e. using the "home" or "back" buttons). The app will remember your Stream ID / Church ID. If you use the Logout button you will need to enter the Stream ID / Church ID again, or can enter a new one for a different church.
To refresh the video playlist to see any new video archives, simply swipe down on the list of archive videos (click here for v1 help info).
If you click the Live button to watch your church's live stream and nothing plays, it may be that the church hasn't started streaming yet. Please check the time that the church normally streams and try again in a few minutes.
If you encounter another issue with the app, please feel free to contact us for support, or try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
