If you do not know your church's Stream ID, please contact your church to get it's Stream ID.


We recommend you simply exit the app (i.e. using the "home" or "back" buttons). The app will remember your Stream ID. If you use the Logout button you will need to enter the Stream ID again, or can enter a new one for a different church.


To refresh the video playlist to see any new video archives, simply swipe down on the list of archive videos (click here for v1 help info).


If you click the Live button to watch your church's live stream and nothing plays, it may be that the church hasn't started streaming yet. Please check the time that the church normally streams and try again in a few minutes.


If you do not hear any sound on the iOS version of the Sunday Streams app, please make sure that the phone is not set to silent and that the ringer isn't set to buzz.


If you encounter another issue with the app, please feel free to contact us for support, or try uninstalling and reinstalling the app.
