- Bug Report - (a detailed summary of the issue)
- Screenshot(s) of the Issue and/or Error Message - (if possible)
- Hardware Information - (the type of computer, phone, tablet, etc.)
- OS Information - (Windows 7, iOS 8.1, Android 4.4, etc.)
- Browser or App - (Does this issue happen in an app or on a browser - If on a browser please give us your browser information as described below.)
- Speedtest Results - ( http://speedtest.dal05.softlayer.com/speedtest )

How to get your OS info:
- PC - The following link will get your your OS info, or instructions on how to get the OS version. http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/which-operating-system
- Mac - On the top left of the screen click the Apple > About this Mac. The OS and version will both be shown.
- iOS - Go to Settings > General > About > Version
- Android - Click System Settings > About Phone > Look for the number under Android Version
How to get your Browser info:
- If using a browser, please send us the type of browser (Chrome, Internet Explorer, Firefox, etc) and the version of it.
- You can send us this and more info helpful troubleshooting info about your browser by sending an email to email@example.com using the following link. Please use the same email address that you use in sending us the support ticket with the bug report, etc.
